![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ubisoft is one of the best publishers when it comes to supporting its titles with new content, and plans to support Rainbow Six Siege for a long time. Look out for the update hitting all versions of the game on June 5. The Operation Para Bellum update is already available on test servers and also adds two new operators, a new Villa map, and numerous bug fixes and tweaks. Ubisoft hasn't given a release date for the dynamic render update. Further work is being done on a dynamic resolution solution, which will allow less complex scenes to render at a higher resolution, while making sure the game maintains 60 FPS at all times. These resolutions are not the 2160p of true 4K, but Ubisoft will be using a render scaler to help make the game look closer to a 4K image. Ubisoft has given great support to Rainbow Six Siege, including the limited time Outbreak event. On Xbox One X the game's resolution is being bumped up to 1728p, while the PS4 Pro is rising to 1440p. While it has been a long time coming, owners of the Xbox One X or PS4 Pro will finally be able to play Rainbow Six Siege at a higher resolution from June 5, although if you were hoping for 4K support you're out of luck. This will be rolling out to players on June 5, along with numerous other tweaks and fixes included in the Operation Para Bellum content update. Is there something you think we should be reporting on?
